Is TRT safe?

Under the appropriate guidance and monitoring, like we offer at Steel Health and Hormones Centre, TRT can be very safe. Finding the right clinic with stellar customer support is your first line of defense against adverse side effects and we pride ourselves on our customer support.

If I qualify, what is included in my TRT membership?

Everything related to your TRT. We include your follow up labs (as often as the provider wants them), all your TRT, medication (IF needed) for estrogen management or hair loss prevention, follow up telemedicine appointments, and customer service. It’s a transparent price for everything related to testosterone replacement therapy.

What if I start TRT and I want to stop?

There are no long term commitments, we just ask for 2 months lead time if this service is no longer for you. We continue to treat you during this time so you can make a smooth transition out of our program.

Will TRT cause me to be infertile?

There’s a joke in the bodybuilding community – ‘What do you call a bodybuilder who thinks he’s infertile? Dad.’ To be fair, TRT mono therapy will lower sperm count in some men and may even cause infertility in other men. However, we can introduce HCG for an additional monthly charge that is the gold standard for preserving fertility while on TRT.

How much testosterone should I take?

We change the dose based on the patient’s follow up labs and symptoms. Where you start might to be where you end up and since we do labs throughout the year we may need to adjust the dose as your body composition changes. This is why it’s so important to work with a clinic that cares about your health
